If fitness is FUN you’ll be more likely to keep going to the gym. You’ll be working WITH A TRAINER and a small group of real people, with goals like yours. You’ll workout with us 3 days per week and be led through the most cutting edge workouts available to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results fast. AND – You will TRACK and MEASURE and workout results to help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing results far past your beginner program. Classes from 5:30 AM – 6:30 PM       You’ll have access to a customized meal plan based on what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences. Then you’ll get a grocery list to make shopping easy and a system to track your progress. These tools will make weight loss and muscle gain not only doable, but enjoyable.       Not only will you have us in the gym to guide your workouts, but we’ll help you define your goals, create a plan to reach them and help to keep you on track. Contact your personal accountability coach whenever you need help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed.
