In addition you may also choose to try a FREE Trial group class (only on specified days/times).
During your FREE Intro session you and your coach will discuss which Package is best for you.

  • Best for those who need modifications to workouts due to injuries, fitness level or need to improve upon technique prior to joining group classes.
  • After 10 classes you & your coach will determine if you are ready for group classes, private WODs, personal training or should repeat the beginners program.
