CrossFit WOD – Free Trial classes are for complete beginners and experienced athletes. Your CrossFit Coach will work closely with you to teach you proper technique as you gradually increase your intensity level! These Strength & Conditioning (Cardio) classes include basic squat, press, and pull movements. Check the schedule because these classes are NOT always on the same day of the week!



CrossFit WOD – Advanced classes are for athletes that have experience and good technique with the basic movements and are ready for more intensity in both Strength & Conditioning. These classes include the more complicated barbell movements (Clean, Jerk, Snatch).



Yoga – Core Strength & Flexibility Our Yoga classes are all levels and are included in BootCamp and CrossFit memberships. These classes will improve your balance, coordination, flexibility, muscular endurance and core strength.
