TEENS STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING FIT CAMP (AGES 11-17)
Our Teens Strength and Conditioning Camp is designed specifically for student athletes as well as those that want to make CrossFit their sport of choice. The demands of high school are vast and require a wide range of physical skills such as strength, power, speed, agility, and stamina. Our Teen Fit Programs will be a comprehensive 4 week program designed to emphasize and compliment all of the physical attributes that are important to students, and will be performed in a positive team building atmosphere. Participants will also receive advice and instruction on nutrition, the importance of recovery, and the prevention of injury.

TEENS SUMMER-FIT PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
Monday – Thursday 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- July 8th -11th from 1-4pm Body Weight training
- July 22th – 25th from 1-4pm Strength building
- August 5th – 8th from 1-4pm Cardio Conditioning
- August 19th -22nd from 1-4pm Strength & Conditioning (CrossFit)
