We have had such great Whole30 results! I’m really proud of all of you for sticking with it and putting in your best effort. The results prove that it was worth it!
EVERYONE that needed to lose weight did! The weights lost range from 7-14 lbs per person! Out of the group of 7 of us that followed the Whole30 we lost a combined total of over 55 lbs in 30 days!
EVERYONE says they started new habits that they won’t change. For some its new foods like avocado, butternut squash and mangos. For many it was about breaking old habits such as the big bowl of ice cream I used to have every night right before bed.
EVERYONE says they learned from the experience. Some learned new recipes. Some learned what it takes to lose weight. Some learned that alcohol is not a requirement!
So, who won the challenge?
